BEFORE ME, THEODULE DROUETT, 5th JUSTICE OF THE PEACE FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS, personally appeared Joseph Guesnon, the father of Miss Justine Marie Guesnon, fwc who in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, declared to me that he give s his consent to the marriage of Justine Marie Guesnon fwc, aged 22 years, with Lucien Dupre fmc IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, This appearer signed this consent, together with the witnesses, and me the said Judge, on this 24th day of July 1862 WITNESSES:

BEFORE ME, THEODULE DROUETT, 5TH JUSTICE OF THE PEACE FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS, personally came and appeared Jean Baptiste Dupre fmc and Ernest Murphy fmc who being duly sworn, depose and say that they are well acquainted with Lucien Dupre fmc and Justine Marie Guesnon fwc who apply for a marriage License, and know them to be above the age of twenty-one years.

PARISH OF ORLEANS. Be it Remembered, THAT Lucien Dupre fmc as principal, and Jean Baptiste Dupre fmc as Surety, acknowledged themselves as indebted unto the State of Louisiana, in the sum of One Thousand Dollars. WHEREAS, The above bounded Lucien Dupre fmc has applied to the 5th JUSTICE OF THE PEACE FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS, and has obtained from him License to marry Miss Justine Marie Guesnon fwc NOW THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That in case within two years, from this date, it should not appear that there existed at the time of granting such License, any legal impediment to said marriage: then and in such case the above obligation shall be null and void; or otherwise, it shall remain in full force and virtue. THUS DONE AND SIGNED at the City of New Orleans, this 24 day of July 186 2.
